Twisting / TFO
TWISTING / TFO is a very vital process in the production of Yarns as it prepares the yarn for further processes. It is a process in which Twists are inserted to the yarn to hold the basic fibers together, thus giving enough strength to the yarn, and also producing a continuous length of yarn.
A twisted Yarn is a resultant of Twisting 2 or more Yarns Together to produce various counts. For e.g.: 5/2, 10/3, 28/6, 8/8, 30/12 etc.
Twisting machines are now gradually being outdated and TFO (Two for One) Machines are the updated and the
advanced versions of this process. The company keeping itself updated to the rising standards of the customers and to keep itself abreast with the market is now switching to complete TFO Machines for better Productivity and Superior Quality.
Currently the company is equipped with 14 MARZOLLI and MURATA TFO Twisting machine, summing upto
6000 Spindles with a production capacity of 4.0 Tons / Day.
