Mercerizing
Mercerization is a process or treatment that makes the Yarn Smooth, Stronger and in the end it results in better dye take-up. The Yarn is run with a certain tension in the alkaline bath which in results changes the fiber structure to give more Luster, Strength and better absorbency.
The end result of this process can be clearly seen which gives a much better Quality Yarn as compared to the untreated version of the Yarn.
Our Company is equipped with 2 Jaeggli Meccanotessile Mercerizing Machines which gives us a production
capacity of 3 Tons Daily.
