Singeing
A Process also called as Gassing or Gassed in industrial terms. It is a process in which the Yarn or the Fabric is passed through a high burning flame at a very fast speed which in return reduces the Hairiness of the Yarn / Fabric and giving a smooth & neat look.
The speed of the machine is very high so it does not affect the yarn / fabric to get burnt or damaged.
The company is equipped with a latest model of Singeing machine which in return gives us a production of 2 Tons of quality singed yarn daily.
