Yarn Dyeing
Dyeing is the process of adding color to textile products like fibers, yarns, and fabrics.Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material. After dyeing, dye molecules have uncut chemical bond with fiber molecules. The temperature and time controlling are two key factors in dyeing.
There are mainly two classes of dye, natural and man-made. Our facility is equipped with high temperatures YARN Dyeing Machines of THIES capable of Dyeing Cotton, Polyester, Viscose and other fibers. Our facility is capable of dyeing both in Hanks and Cones forms with strict quality control and checks before and after dyeing procedures.
We have different dye lot batch sizes available to cater Small, Medium and Large Customers accordingly. Bath Sizes are: 45 Kg`s, 90 Kg`s, 225 Kg`s and 450 Kg`s. Daily production capacity = 1.5 Tons.
We have an edge over other suppliers and that is we also offer Multi Color Dyeing in Hanks form.
